Communal Suite – Shared sauna, steam room & rainforest shower, Trowbridge

The Communal Suite is a welcoming shared wellness space designed to be inclusive, accessible and sociable. With a sauna, steam room, rainforest shower and ambient mood lighting, it’s the ideal option for groups of friends, family or colleagues who want to experience the benefits of heat therapy together.

Up to four people can book a 50 minute session. It’s our most accessible entry point to wellness at Relax Recover, and a great introduction for those new to sauna and steam therapy.

SAUNA AND STEAM TOGETHER

Two types of heat. One restorative session.

The Communal Suite gives you both dry heat (sauna) and wet heat (steam room). The sauna delivers higher temperatures in dry air, penetrating muscles and raising core body temperature. The steam room operates at lower temperatures with high humidity gentler, and particularly beneficial for skin and respiratory health.

Moving between the two and cooling with the rainforest shower creates a gentle contrast effect that enhances circulation, promotes relaxation and leaves you feeling genuinely renewed.

SATURDAY TWILIGHT SESSIONS

The Communal Suite on Saturday evenings

Every Saturday evening, the Communal Suite hosts our exclusive Twilight Sessions a 90-minute private evening experience including sauna, steam room, foot bath and refreshments. A slower, more considered session designed to close the week with warmth and stillness.

Useful Information

  • Suite Capacity: 4 people
  • All sessions are 50 minutes
  • You must have a towel with you in the sauna at all times
  • Appropriate swimwear and footwear (we suggest flip flops) must be worn when using the communal suite
