The Reset Suite is built for guests who want space, heat and a proper cold plunge. Our largest private infrared sauna a spacious two-person full spectrum cabin paired with a Chill Tubs ice bath at 7°C, in a calm suite that’s entirely yours for 55 minutes.
The full spectrum sauna delivers near, mid and far infrared in a cabin designed to let you fully stretch out, relax and spend the recommended time at therapeutic temperatures without feeling confined. At 7°C, the ice bath hits the most effective contrast therapy temperature for most people.

The Reset Suite is the most popular choice for longer, deeper heat sessions. The larger cabin means you can genuinely relax stretch properly, breathe freely and spend the full 30–45 minutes at therapeutic temperatures without feeling confined.
At 7°C, the ice bath is the sweet spot for most contrast therapy protocols. Cold enough to trigger the full vascular response, dopamine release and nervous system reset accessible enough that most people can immerse comfortably for 2-5 minutes and feel the full benefit.
