Booking a session at Relax Recover takes under a minute. All reservations are handled through the Relax Recover app or website, giving you live availability, instant confirmation and easy rescheduling any time, anywhere.

Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but advance booking is strongly recommended especially at weekends and evenings.

MEMBERSHIP T‘s & C’s

Memberships

Membership

Each membership/package plan specifies a maximum number of visits and services available to the member within a given billing period. Members must adhere strictly to these limits during the term of their membership.
Should a member exceed their allotted visits without prior arrangement, they will be subject to additional charges at the regular session rate. Members/Users are responsible for understanding their access limits and the associated fees.

Unauthorised access

Attempting to access services or facilities beyond the agreed-upon limits of your membership is strictly prohibited. This includes inviting non-members to share in your allocated visits or using another member’s account to exceed your allotted usage.
Any member found to be in violation of these terms may face penalties, including but not limited to, additional charges for excess usage, temporary suspension from spa services, or termination of membership without refund.

Monitoring Membership/Package Usage

Relax Recover reserves the right to monitor memberships/package usage patterns. We may take steps to verify access levels and ensure compliance with these terms.

Changes to membership

Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership plan at any time. The change will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Fees/billing

Memberships are billed on the 1st of every month. Full payment must be made at the time of processing.
Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

Packages

Each package plan specifies a maximum number of visits and services available to the member over a 3-month period. Users must adhere strictly to these limits during the term of their membership.
Once purchased, a package cannot be refunded or exchanged for monetary value.

Booking

Making a booking

All bookings for the Communal and Private Suites must be made in advance. You can book your appointment via the RelaxRecover App or in person at Reception.

Your booking

All sessions are 50 minutes long. All users are expected to stay within this timeframe to ensure fairness for other users/bookings after yours. If you are seen to exceed your booking time, further action will be taken.
*In busy periods, Communal Suite users will be given a wrist band for your time slot. This is to ensure fairness to all users/members.

Walk ins

Walk ins are welcome but must sign in at reception beforehand and are subject to availability.
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Cash payment for walk ins at reception is also accepted too.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the booked session.

In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged, or a credit will be deducted from your allowance. No refunds will be applied.

RelaxRecover has the right to monitor cancellations and no shows. Repeat offenders may face restrictions on future bookings and may be subject to a cancellation fee to ensure fairness to all our other users.

HEALTH & SAFETY

General Conditions

All members must sign a PARQ upon purchasing a membership, package, or day pass.
All members must agree to our health and safety guidelines before using our facilities.
We reserve the right to terminate a membership if a member does not adhere to these guidelines.

By following these health and safety guidelines, you can enjoy a safe and relaxing experience in our Saunas, Ice Baths and steam room.

Saunas

Consultation

Before using the sauna, consult with a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, or are taking medications that may be affected by heat.

Hydration

Stay well-hydrated before, during, and after your sauna session. Drinking water helps prevent dehydration, which can be caused by sweating.

Time Limit

Limit your sauna sessions to a maximum of 20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating in our traditional saunas and 45 minutes in our infrared saunas. If you have a longer session booked in, take a break outside the sauna. Listen to your body and exit the sauna if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.

Clothing

Wear appropriate swimwear or a towel in the sauna. Avoid wearing any tight-fitting or synthetic materials that may trap heat.

Health Risks

Those with respiratory conditions, heart conditions, or other health concerns may be at risk in the sauna. If you experience any discomfort, please exit immediately.

Cleanliness

To maintain hygiene, kindly shower before entering the sauna and sit on a towel to prevent direct contact with the benches.

Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 16 years old to access the sauna. Those under 18 require parental consent and supervision.

Emergency Procedures

Familiarise yourself with emergency procedures. In case of an emergency, alert staff immediately and exit the sauna promptly.

Ice Baths

Consultation

Consult a healthcare professional before using the ice bath, especially if you have cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, or other medical concerns. This is particularly important for individuals who are pregnant or have chronic illnesses. You must sign a PARQ when registering with us.

Temperature Awareness

Our Ice baths are typically maintained at temperatures between 3°C) to 6°C. Exposure to cold water should be limited, and sessions should generally last no longer than 1-5 minutes.

Listen to Your Body

Pay attention to how your body feels during the ice bath. If you experience severe discomfort, numbness, or excessive shivering, exit the ice bath immediately.

Hydration

Ensure proper hydration before and after using the ice bath to help your body recover and regulate temperature.

Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 16 years old to access the ice bath. Those under 18 require parental consent and supervision.

Acclimatisation

If you are new to ice baths, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration as your body becomes accustomed to the cold.

Post-Session Care

After exiting the ice bath, allow your body to return to a normal temperature gradually. Warm up with a warm towel or blanket and avoid taking a hot shower immediately post-bath.

Health Risks

Ice baths may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, including hypertension or diabetes. Always seek medical advice if you are unsure about your ability to use ice baths safely.

Emergency Procedures

Be aware of emergency procedures in case of any adverse reactions. If you or someone else experiences significant distress, alert staff immediately.

Steam Rooms

Consultation

Before using the steam room, consult with a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, or are taking medications that may affect your ability to tolerate heat and humidity.

Hydration

Stay properly hydrated by drinking water before, during, and after your time in the steam room. The high humidity can lead to dehydration, so it’s important to replenish fluids.

Time Limit

Limit your sessions to no more than 15-20 minutes to avoid overheating. Listen to your body and leave the steam room if you start to feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.

Temperature Awareness

The steam room operates at high temperatures and humidity levels. It’s essential to acclimatise yourself gradually, especially if you are new to steam therapy.

Clothing

Wear appropriate swimwear or a towel in the steam room. Avoid wearing any materials that may trap heat against your skin.

Health Risks

Individuals with respiratory conditions or allergies may find the steam room beneficial; however, consult a healthcare professional if unsure. Those with certain health concerns, such as heart conditions or heat sensitivity, should avoid steam exposure.

Users must be at least 16 years old to use the steam room. Guests under 18 require parental consent and supervision.

Please shower before entering the steam room to maintain cleanliness and promote a hygienic experience for all users.
