Retreat Suite — the one to book if you’re used to communal wood-fired saunas and want to try full-body red light therapy alongside heat and cold, privately.
Recover Suite — infrared sauna, 3°C plunge and NormaTec compression, built for runners, cyclists and anyone training seriously.
Reset Suite — a calmer introduction, with colour therapy and a milder 7°C plunge.

For a longer visit, the Private Group Hire option (up to 12 guests, 2 hours) works well for a running club or team trip out from Bristol.
