Every session at Relax Recover is completely private your suite is reserved exclusively for you and your guests for the full duration. Below is everything you need to know about session options, pricing, and how to book.
Private Suite Sessions — Pay As You Go
All private suite sessions include exclusive use of the full suite, luxury robes and towels, cold drinking water, and a pre-session briefing from our team. Available 7 days a week.
- 60-minute private session – £35.00
- 90-minute private session – £50.00
- 120-minute private session – £60.00
Each suite includes a different technology combination choose the suite that best matches your goal:
- Retreat Suite – Full-body red light therapy + full-spectrum infrared sauna + 12°C cold plunge
- Reset Suite – Infrared sauna with colour therapy + 7°C cold plunge
- Recover Suite – Amplify infrared sauna + 3°C cold plunge + NormaTec Elite compression
Monthly Memberships
Memberships give you regular 60-minute private suite sessions at a significantly better rate than pay-as-you-go. All managed via our app – book, reschedule and manage your membership from your phone.
- Joint Membership – £150.00 /month – 12x 60 Minute Sessions
- Diamond Membership – £120.00 /month – 12x 60 Minute Sessions
- Platinum Membership – £100.00 /month – 8x 60 Minute Sessions
- Gold Membership – £60.00 /month – 4x 60 Minute Sessions

Signature Experiences
Twilight Experience – Saturday evenings
Our signature Saturday evening session. Infrared sauna, steam room, cold plunge contrast therapy, thermal foot bath and refreshments all in a completely private suite. The most atmospheric way to experience Relax Recover.

Recovery Experience
A complete sports recovery protocol: infrared sauna, contrast therapy, and NormaTec Elite compression in a single structured private session. Designed for athletes, runners and active people.

Exclusive venue hire for up to 12 guests, 2 hours. All facilities included. Perfect for running clubs, corporate wellness days and team events.
