Relax Recover was created with one belief: everyone deserves access to genuinely private, high-quality wellness without the price tag of a hotel spa or the awkwardness of a shared facility.

We’re based in Trowbridge at the heart of Wiltshire, welcoming guests from Bath, Bradford on Avon, Chippenham, Frome, Melksham and beyond. When you book with us, your private suite is entirely yours. No strangers, no noise, no waiting.

Three fully private suites each with infrared sauna and ice bath plus a communal sauna and steam room suite for groups of up to four:

  • Retreat Suite – mPulse 3-in-1 infrared sauna (near, mid and far + red light therapy) + Chill Tubs ice bath at 12°C
  • Reset Suite – our largest full spectrum infrared sauna + Chill Tubs ice bath at 7°C
  • Recover Suite – Amplify infrared sauna + Chill Tubs ice bath at 3°C + NormaTec Premier leg compression
  • Communal Suite – sauna, steam room and rainforest shower for up to 4 people

Every private suite is individually booked, cleaned between sessions and maintained to a standard you’d expect from a premium spa — at a fraction of the cost.

Something special every Saturday evening

Our Saturday Twilight Sessions offer a 90-minute private evening wellness experience sauna, steam room, foot bath and refreshments designed to close out the week in the most restorative way possible. Available exclusively on Saturday evenings.
