Reset Suite – Infrared sauna with colour therapy and a 7°C cold plunge, for a gentler first visit.
Recover Suite – Infrared sauna, 3°C cold plunge and Normatec compression, for anyone training for a Bath Half or similar.

Just come out of the Relax and Recover sauna, feeling so blissed out. It’s such a great space and atmosphere and the saunas are absolutely top quality. Highly recommended to reset and feel good!

Me and my partner had the 90 minutes reset suite which consisted of  the Infared sauna and an ice bath, very impressed with the facilities. Would highly recommend this place to everyone, will be booking again.  Very Clean and tidy and a great service throughout.
