Recover Suite – Amplify infrared sauna, 3°C cold plunge and Normatec Elite compression. Built for people who train hard and want to actually recover, not just relax.
Reset Suite – Infrared sauna with colour therapy and a 7°C cold plunge. A gentler introduction to contrast therapy.
Retreat Suite – Full-body red light therapy, full-spectrum infrared sauna and a 12°C cold plunge. The one to book for skin, sleep and stress.

Receptionist/owner was very welcoming ..and i felt right at home :) .. im used to Saunas .. and th Infrared was great. I felt warmed from the core !
