Relax Recover is based in Trowbridge, but most of the people who visit us are travelling in from somewhere else. Below is your nearest route in, whichever town you’re coming from plus what makes the trip worth it.
Every visit is the same wherever you start: a completely private suite, reserved for you and your guest for the full session. No shared saunas, no communal cold plunge, no strangers in the room. That’s true whether you’re 10 minutes away or 45.

Bradford on Avon – 10 minutes
The shortest drive of anywhere we serve. A genuine option for a regular routine, not just an occasional treat.
Melksham – 15 minutes
Three suite types, full-body red light therapy, and sessions up to 120 minutes more choice than a compact local recovery suite.
Chippenham – 20 minutes
Full-body red light therapy, true infrared sauna and three distinct suites a fuller private wellness experience than a local sauna and cold plunge setup.
Devizes – 20-25 minutes
A private alternative to a traditional Devizes-area spa day no shared pools, no communal saunas.
Bath – 25 minutes
Everything a Bath spa day offers, minus the crowds plus full-body red light therapy, which no Bath spa currently has.
Swindon – 35-40 minutes
Currently the nearest fully private contrast therapy suite to Swindon most local options are shared hotel or gym leisure clubs.
Bristol – 40-45 minutes
Not a shared sauna yard or communal plunge pool. One suite, booked exclusively for you, for the whole session.

Do you have more than one location?
No at present Relax Recover operates from a single studio in Trowbridge. The pages above are simply the best route in from each nearby town, along with parking and timing details.
Is parking included?
Yes 2 hours of free parking directly opposite the spa at The Gateway Shopping Centre, whichever town you’re travelling from.
What if my town isn’t listed?
If you’re near Wiltshire, Somerset or the wider West of England, you’re very likely within an easy drive get in touch and we’ll confirm your best route.
