Cold water immersion is one of the most powerful recovery and wellbeing tools available and at Relax Recover, it’s available in a completely private setting, at the temperature that suits you.

All three private suites feature Chill Tubs ice baths, each held at a different temperature:

  • 12°C in the Retreat Suite
  • 7°C in the Reset Suite
  • 3°C in the Recover Suite

Retreat Suite 12°C – Ideal for those newer to cold therapy or looking for a longer, more comfortable immersion. Full contrast benefits at a more accessible temperature.
Reset Suite 7°C – Our most popular temperature. The sweet spot for most contrast therapy protocols — cold enough for the full physiological and mood response, manageable for most people.
Recover Suite 3°C – Our coldest plunge. For experienced cold therapy users and athletes seeking the maximum recovery and neurochemical response. Guided introduction available for first-timers.
