Our infrared saunas use Sunlighten technology the gold standard in clinical infrared sauna therapy. The Retreat Suite houses the mPulse 3-in-1 (near, mid and far infrared with red light therapy), the Reset Suite our largest full spectrum cabin, and the Recover Suite the Amplify with SoloCarbon® heating. All three are available in fully private suites.

Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heats the body directly rather than the surrounding air lower ambient temperatures, longer and more comfortable sessions, and deeper therapeutic penetration with all the benefits.

Near, mid and far infrared – what each does

• Near infrared (NIR) – absorbed at a cellular level. Supports collagen production, skin health and mitochondrial energy. Also delivers red light therapy benefits in the mPulse.
• Mid infrared (MIR) – penetrates into soft tissue. Supports circulation, heart health, pain relief and joint recovery.
• Far infrared (FIR) – absorbed by water molecules deep in the body. Raises core temperature, stimulates deep sweating, supports detoxification and emerging mental health benefits.
