The Retreat Suite – Includes Red Light Therapy
The Retreat Suite is our flagship experience. It combines full-body red light therapy, a full-spectrum infrared sauna with mood lighting and aromatherapy, and a 12°C ice bath. This is the only venue in the Bath and Wiltshire region where you can access all three technologies in a single private session. The Reset Suite
Energise and uplift. The Reset Suite houses our largest infrared sauna with even heat distribution, colour therapy panels, and a cold plunge at 7°C. Perfect when you want to arrive feeling drained and leave feeling renewed.
The Recover Suite
Built for performance recovery. Amplify infrared technology delivers deeper far-infrared heat that penetrates muscle tissue, paired with a cold plunge at 3°C and NormatTec Elite compression. The go-to choice for athletes and active individuals.
